Artifact One: Changing Paradigms Video by Ken Robinson
A great video about the some of the pitfalls in today's educational climate.  I agree with many of the positions Sir Ken Robinson takes in this presentation and seek to find the best way to engage our students for 21st century learning!

Artifact Two: Student Teacher Evaluation by Site Support Provider

Artifact Three: The First Days of Teaching by Harry and RoseMary Wong is an invaluable to the new teacher just starting out.  In this incredible book are examples of how to create a dynamic and well run classroom.  The video I am linking here shows Harry Wong's techniques in action.  This particular video shows a high school English teacher from Richmond, CA employing Mr. & Mrs. Wong's techniques from the moment the ninth grade students enter the room on the first day of school.  The support and guidance from this book have helped shape many new teachers first days of school , including me!
