Artifact #3: PowerPoint Lecture
I created the following PowerPoint lecture during my student teaching experience. In the lecture slides you will see a pre-assessment/warm-up activity in the form of a group quiz; a brief lecture/input on the relationships between the states as outlined in the Constitution, during which I used equity cards to chose students at random to have them repeat and share what I just taught them; and the a final quick write activity which allowed me to assess student comprehension of the topics covered. I would use these quick write responses to shape my warm-up activity for the next day.
